What's New for the 2025 Toyota Camry?
The 2025 Camry receives a complete styling overhaul for the new model year. This includes removing gas-powered engines, introducing new hybrid powertrains, and updating the cabin.
Performance
Two powertrains are available on the new Toyota Camry. There's a 2.5-liter four-cylinder with two electric motors. Then there's a 2.5-liter four-cylinder with three electric motors. The latter outputs 232 horsepower, while the former produces 225 horsepower. Both models come with a continuously variable automatic transmission, though front-wheel drive is standard with the base engine, and all-wheel drive is available for the other.
Fuel Economy
The EPA has yet to release its estimates for the 2025 Toyota Camry. That said, last year's hybrid powertrain got an estimated 51 mpg in the city and 53 mpg on the highway, so we can expect this year's engines to offer the same or better gas mileage.
Design
The new updated Toyota Camry offers a unique headlight design and a more angular hood.
